Sanding wood on a sanding wheel

Introducing a unique way of face sanding of solid wood. Bearing wheel is supplied in a handy plastic case and is already fitted with an abrasive disc FOR FREE. We offer abrasive of 80g. The size of the abrasive and bearing wheels is in 200 and 250 mm in diameter with 30 mm bore size. The body of the bearing wheel is made of solid steel and designed for precisely this use.

The abrasives are self-adhesive, the layer is covered with a foil. Wipe the bearing wheel clean before applying the abrasive. The supplied abrasive is 80g. If the abrasive wears of, you can order a separate pack of abrasives. The pack includes 5 pcs of 80g abrasives.
We also offer a bearing wheel fitted with Velcro allowing simple exchange of the abrasive. The pack includes 5pcs of abrasive, 1 Velcro pad glued on a bearing plate
(self-adhesive).

After carefully fitting the wheel onto the shaft of the saw, its important to securely set the perpendicularity to the workbench. For simple set up and 100% accuracy, we offer a digital bevel box FDU-001, with easy set up. Choose the zero position in the first step, then affix the angle gauge onto the wheel with the in-built magnet. Simply and quickly set up the desired angle.
