Multifunctional Quick Lever Guide Rail Clamp is a necessity for every hobby and professional workshop. It can be clamped in a T-slot rail or used separately to fasten a component to a table when routing or gluing components. Although it is small and light, it can develop a clamping force of up to 250 kg. You can easily use it with one hand.
Main advantages of the Quick Lever Guide Rail Clamp:
- Use for Festool and Makita systems
- Quick fastening of a component
- Easy handling - fasten a component one handed thanks to low weight
- Strong, stable and secure grip
This Quick Lever Guide Rail Clamp has a specially forged fixed arm which provides secure grip to aluminium guiding rails of Festool, Protool, Metabo, Makita and Hitachi brands. It is designed for clamping in profiles on workbenches of Festool MFT type or for guiding rails for plunge saws. The clamping arm which slides into a rail has a cross section of 12 mm x 7.4 mm and is suitable for T-slots with dimensions of 12.7 x 8 mm.
The ratchet handle has excellent clamping efficiency and extreme fast grip. The handle is unaffected by machine vibrations and it is firm and stable. Thanks to the all steel construction the lever clamp is also highly wear resistant and its service life is extremely long. The low weight of 555g ensures easy handling - it allows the user to quickly fasten a component with one hand and without a need for mechanical assistance. Thanks to a simple release mechanism the clamp can be clamped or loosened quickly without damaging the clamped object. No tools are needed.
These clamps have perfect dimensions ideal for gripping IGM jigs to shaped material. They are suitable to use with the FK650 jig for kitchen worktops. Thanks to the narrow arm they do not take up as much space as regular clamps with a large jaw and do not interfere with a router. They are also great to use with the FKP900 jig for drilling shelf supports or doweling while not interfering with the drill or drilling spindle. The lower tightening jaw is equipped with a plastic replaceable cover, which ensures a firm grip without damaging a component.
This clamp is a versatile helper for your workshop. You can use it, for example, as a backstop on a saw if your saw is not equipped with it. Just attach it to a profile of an angle ruler and you can easily cut a large amount of pieces of the same length. You can use it as a depth backstop when attached to a parallel ruler. That is suitable, for example, in the production of dovetails.
