A revolutionary range of state-of-the-art IGM edgebanders with hot melt glue is designed for quick banding of 0,4–3 mm thick ABS, PVC, laminates or veneers, on straight or shaped workpieces of thickness from 10 mm to 65 mm.

The M951 End Trimmer for shaped and straight panels is the perfect tool for cutting ABS, PVC, laminate or veneer edgebands or edge tape. Up to 55 mm edges may be trimmed depending on the hardness of the edge. Up to 45 mm of a 2 mm thick edge and 25 mm of a 3 mm edge.

• Depth setting with a convenient scale fitted mechanism.
• Microscale 0,05 mm for precise depth setting.

Setting Up IGM Edgebanders

IGM Manual Edgebanders are handy machines for small and medium-sized woodshops or trade work. Ideal for installations; streamlines banding of curved or angled pieces with a +/-15° edge.

To make sure the edge is firmly branded, you need to keep your machine perfectly adjusted, we will show you how on the following lines.

• Transforms a manual edgebander into a great stationary machine.
• Supports both the edgebander and an end trimmer.

This edgebanding table enables the portable edgebanders BR300, BR500 & DR500 and trimmer PD80 to be used in a stationary mode.

Specially developed hotmelt granules for IGM manual edgebanders. They come in a natural colour and offer low viscosity, rapid melting and high tack. The glue is designed for glueing edges of materials ABS, PVC, PP, melamine, polyester or veneer. The recommended temperature setting on IGM edgebanders is approx.
140 °C depending on the temperature in your workshop.
