Methods of payment

Our Company accepts payments in EUR either in cash or via credit card (VISA, Mastercard) in IGM Stores or in our online store.

The method of payment depends on your chosen method of delivery. Your goods are sent through a parcel service or a carrier when on a pallet or you can choose to pick up the goods personally in one of our IGM Stores.

Invoice purchase is available also to entrepreneurs, natural persons or legal bodies under Trade Act or other special law, who deal with the seller in terms of their commercial or other business activity. In cash

Cash payment can be selected for orders picked up personally in one of our stores.
You can decide whether you want to pay in cash, via credit card or choose hire purchase in our store.

On-line credit card payment

The fastest possible way to purchase goods on the internet.
The payment is cleared via the PayU gateway, which secures a safe environment for credit card purchases without having to fear for loss of personal data. The company is a proud owner of the PCI DSS certificate (The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), which aims to prevent card fraud by introducing the highest possible security measures for companies which process, store or transport the data of the card owner.

The transactions made through the PayU gateway are carried out on the basis of a license from CNB (Czech National Bank) and the data transfer is secured with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and the 3D secure system. As a result, the data from your credit card are processed directly in your own bank and do not even reach the seller. This ensures the safety of your finances.

Credit card payments can be made with VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and Maestro. It is necessary that you have previously authorized the possibility of credit card payment on the internet.

What is the process of credit card payment?
• Choose the option “payment via credit card” in your shopping cart.
• After completing the payment you will be redirected to the payment gateway
• Submit your credit card details and confirm the payment
• When the payment is authorized, you will be automatically redirected back to our online store.

Payment in advance via bank transfer

This is a payment before receiving ordered goods. You will receive a pro-forma invoice, which you can cover with a bank transfer or in person in IGM stores. The goods are shipped when the payment is received.

The payment processing usually takes a few days. Your order will be processed after receiving the settlement.
