What was the international trade fair Holz-Handwerk 2024 in Nuremberg, Germany like?

The woodworking fair Holz-Handwerk 2024 was held together with FENSTERBAU FRONTALE at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre once again on the regular and popular spring date (19.–22.3.). Compared to the previous fair in 2022, which was postponed to July due to the Covid pandemic, this year was exceptionally popular. Over the four days, more than 75,000 visitors from 112 countries came to see the stands of 973 exhibitors from 44 countries.

At our 72 m2 IGM stand, the Laguna Band Saws were particularly eye-catching, boasting top-end features, ceramic guides and height of cut up to 410 mm.

What received a lot of attention as well was the continuously running CNC Router IGM A24 from a reputable manufacturer i2R. You can look forward to seeing it on offer soon.

On Thursday 21.3.2024, the IGM stand was even more crowded because you could meet our influencer Ronny Wahlfarth aka @rauhbank_woodart. Ronny was there to show how to operate the machine and to share his valuable experience, since he owns the router as part of our collaboration.

Furthermore, we demonstrated the Portable Thickness Planer with a spiral cutterhead connected to the IGM Dust Separator to many visitors. Our newly expanded range of turning chisels also gained a lot of interest, especially hollowers.

Once again, we would like to thank all the visitors and partners who came to see us at the fair. We greatly appreciate not only your interest, but also the feedback you provide us for further development of our products.

See you at the next Holz-Handwerk fair in 2026.
