IGM FD600 is a Dovetail Jig for fast and repeatable production of 12.7 mm half-blind dovetail joints using a hand-held router. The 610 mm working width is suitable for wider drawers, carcass components and producing multiple joints in series.

IGM FD600 allows you to quickly produce precise and repeatable half-blind dovetail joints with a hand-held router. These joints are commonly used for drawers, solid wood furniture and other carcass components. The 610 mm working width allows wider workpieces to be machined or several joints to be produced in series. The workpieces are securely clamped to the jig body with steel clamps, while the router is guided along the precision-made template by a guide bush.
The standard template is designed for a 12.7 mm half-blind dovetail joint with a 14° angle. The corresponding guide bush and IGM M118-12781 router bit are also included. The jig can be expanded with optional templates for a 6.3 mm mini half-blind dovetail joint, 8 and 12.7 mm box joints and 12.7 or 19 mm through dovetail joints. Depending on the selected template, one jig can therefore be used to produce several types of woodworking joints.
The rigid steel body and template holders together with robust clamps provide stable workpiece clamping during routing. Sliding stops make it easier to position workpieces precisely and repeatedly against the template. The template is laser-cut from 4 mm galvanized sheet steel. The IGM FD600 Dovetail Jig is made in the Czech Republic.
Some routers do not allow the IGM guide bush to be fitted directly. In this case, the IGM FRB170 Universal Router Base can be used for precise centring and mounting. Before routing the final workpiece, we recommend making a test joint and fine-tuning the setup accordingly.
