IGM MD is a parallel jaw clamp designed for gluing and assembling carcasses, frames, panels and other workpieces. The profiled guide bar made of zinc-plated cold-drawn steel reduces bending under load and helps keep the jaws precisely aligned.
The 90 mm deep parallel jaws remain at 90° even under load. Large plastic jaw covers distribute pressure evenly, protect the workpiece surface from damage and protect the jaws themselves from glue. The patented anti-slip mechanism securely holds the sliding jaw in the set position.
Supports on the guide bar allow the clamp to rest securely on a workbench and keep the clamped workpiece above the work surface. The swivelling handle makes it easier to achieve high clamping force. The removable jaw can be reversed to convert the clamp into a spreader without tools.
