IGM M3 is a compact Power Feeder for router tables, spindle moulders, surface planers, circular saws and edgebanding tables. Variable feed speed and 3 spring-loaded polyurethane feed rollers provide even pressure and stable workpiece guidance.

The IGM M3 Power Feeder provides a constant feed speed and even workpiece pressure during machining. It helps guide the material steadily past the cutting tool, improves machining repeatability and reduces the need for manual feeding in the immediate vicinity of the cutting tool. It is suitable for applications such as making profiled mouldings, rip cutting, routing or surface planing of lighter workpieces.
Three spring-loaded polyurethane feed rollers adapt to minor surface irregularities, grip the material well and leave no marks. Feed speed can be continuously adjusted from 2-12 m/min and the feed direction can be changed using a switch. The positionable arm allows precise adjustment of the feeder position, feed roller position and pressure to suit the machine and workpiece dimensions.
For quick and flexible installation, the M3 can be fitted with the IGM Magnetic Base for M3 Feeder, allowing it to be secured to a suitable metal machine table without drilling mounting holes. This makes it easy to reposition, readjust or use the feeder on several machines. Alternatively, the separately sold IGM Quick Fit Universal Plate for M3, AF32 Feeders allows installation without drilling and tapping directly into the machine table. The feeder can also be mounted directly to the machine table.
For direct mounting, holes must be drilled into the machine table. M10 mounting bolts and spring washers for direct mounting are not included.
