FK650 is designed to cut kitchen worktop joints with all types of routers. Sophisticated system of simple labelling of individual operations completely simplifies and accelerates your work.
• Made of hardened and durable material, that will not get scratched or crack, like perspex, seethrough plastics or MDF.
• For joints of 90° and 45°, includes templates for clamps and corner roundings.
• Extra stop for 600 mm long boards allows for immediate use of the template without having to measure anything.
• Supplied with a simple and easy to follow user manual.
Full functionality requires the following:
• A router, we recommend one with 1600W power or more. A lightweight and low-performance router will have a problem to meet needed precision and quality of joints. You can find the recommended routers here.
• Guide bush D 30 mm, should be a part of every router, if you do not have one, we recommend our router base FRB170.
• Router bit D 12 mm. The correct choice of a tool is the most important step, therefore we recommend to use only accurate and high-quality tools. A cutter with replaceable knives is ideal to achieve accurate and clean joint while maintaining low costs. When not using the template frequently, we recommend using a cutter with brazed HM knives.
• 2 clamps.
• 3 no.20 biscuits.
• A 4 mm slot cutter or a Biscuit Joiner
• 120 mm or 150 mm worktop connectors.
• Glue and silicon, for dark colours, use a coloured one.
