IGM Featherboards are a great addition to your router table,table saw or bandsaw,and not only for safety at work.The featherboard firmly presses your workpiece against the fence,providing precision and preventing kickback.The rounded ends of the featherboard will not damage any workpiece.The featherboard is fitted to a 12,7 x 8 mm C-profile using bolts or to a 9 x 19 mm T-slot using T-slot bars.You can use the featherboards separately or both in a row,making the end 13 mm high.Alternatively,the two featherboards can be stacked on top of each other using M6 x 90 mm bolts,creating one 30 mm high featherboard.
T-slot bars and plastic knobs with metal thread are also included to keep the featherboard securely fixed to the T-slot.Once fitted into the slot,simply slide the featherboard towards the workpiece and lock in position using the knobs.Note the correct position to the material feed direction indicated by the arrow on the featherboard.The featherboard travel range is 0 – 105 mm.
