IGM F623 is a two-knife 45° Lock Mitre Cutter Head for precise 90° corner and mitre joints in solid wood and wood-based materials. Profiled HW knives ensure accurate workpiece alignment and increase the gluing surface.

The IGM F623 Lock Mitre Cutter Head creates matching profiles on the edges of the workpieces that fit precisely together during assembly. The joint profile makes positioning easier, reduces movement during gluing and creates a clean visible edge without exposed end grain. The cutter head is particularly suitable for making cabinets, frames, furniture and other right-angle constructions.
The cutter head is designed for workpieces 14-26 mm thick. The lightweight hardened aluminium alloy body reduces spindle load. Meets the safety requirements of EN 847-1.
