Adjustable cutter heads consist of two parts which fit perfectly over themselves and are fitted with replaceable carbide knives and thanks to scoring teeth, perfectly rout clean corners of the groove. You can simply set the groove width by using spacer rings, which are of course included. Additionally, you can buy an intermediate cutter, which enlarges the groove width. This cutter is placed between the two mentioned parts. Designed for groove cutting on spindle moulders into wood or similar materials. Bore size d=30mm.
Parameters: Cutter head F602-145/155 - Groove depth max 34mm for D140, 45mm for D150, 4 teeth, 4 scoring teeth, speed 5 000 - 8 000 rpm, for mechanical MEC feed only. Cutter head F602-160 - Groove depth max. 35mm, 4 teeth, 4 scoring teeth, speed 4 700 -8 100 rpm, for manual MAN feed of material.
