The M170 Diamond Cutters are designed for all types of CNC machines. Can be used in a router up to 12 mm diameter. Cutter life is approximately 50x longer than that of a standard tool with carbide HM edges. Ideal tool for the production of joints, grooves or for trimming of materials such as DTD, melamine and laminate, MDF and veneered DTD. Consider the type of operation and type of material before routing.
Axial angle geometry towards the centre of the board allows fine finish on the upper and lower edge.
The labelling Ekonomik marks tools with a basic height of the diamond knife. The height of the knife doesn't worsen the quality of the tool, it only affects the number of times it can be resharpened. Therefore, these tools are cheaper because of the height of the Dia knife.
