IGM Cryo Woodturning Tool Set contains 3 turning tools – skew chisel, roughing and spindle gouge. Skew chisel is used for making grooves, fine details or cutting away the material. Roughen unprocessed square material to a round workpiece with roughing gouge or use it to take away material in bulk. Spindle gouge is also suitable for roughing or shaping curves, grooves and other details.
This set is suitable for both beginners and professional turners. Blade made of M2 high-speed steel is cryogenically treated ensuring longer life and increased edge retention than conventional chisels. Ergonomic handle from beech wood is solid for comfort and confidence when turning.
