This jig for drilling 35 mm hinge cups makes installing cabinet doors simple. You will be able to install hinges in no time without the hassle of lengthy measuring and marking. The 35 mm Forstner bit with a round shank is locked in the jig and can be inserted in any drill. Thanks to the stop collar, you can always drill the cup to the same depth, in a material 18 mm thick at minimum. The template is supplied with plastic pins that determine the offset of the cup from the edge of the door at a distance of 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm or 6 mm, and a magnetic pilot hole plate for hinge screws (drill bit not included). Pilot holes are spaced at 45 mm and 9,5 mm from the cup axis, which are exact measurements for hinges such as Blum, Strong or Hettich.
