The IGM Boring spindle with prolonged stroke FKP102 is ideal for making holes with universal drilling jigs FKP900 and FKP656. The FKP102 spindle has a 10 mm prolonged stroke compared to the standard boring spindle, the total stroke is 45 mm and allows the use of 70 mm long dowel drilling bits.
The boring bit is ideal for drilling impassable or through holes for dowels and confirmates, when it is necessary to use a prolonged dowel drilling bit.
Unique drilling casing replaces the outdated and demanding system of brazed steel casings and cheap steel drills, which lose their edge after only a couple of holes.
The casing also allows to use different HM carbide dowel drill diameters from 5 mm to 12 mm with an 8 mm shank. The spindle is guided through a two bearing shaft allowing an accurate and non-problematic run. Use it with any drill or cordless drill thanks to its 9 mm shank.
Supplied with:
Boring spindle
Allen key for depth setting and drill locking
Centring pin 5 and 7 mm
